The trainers who grow fastest aren't necessarily the ones with the most experience.

They're the ones who consistently speak with members, understand what people need, follow prospects up and deliver a service clients want to continue paying for.

We'll help you develop those skills.

Build the business behind the coaching You’ll have access to:

You bring the work ethic and coaching ability. We'll help you develop the systems around them.





What you’ll do You’ll create tailored programs and deliver Personal Training sessions that help your clients make measurable progress.

You’ll also actively build your client base by becoming visible inside the club.

That means meeting members, asking questions, conducting consultations and consistently following up opportunities.

Over time, the goal is to become one of the trainers members recognise, trust and recommend.

What you’ll need

Certificate III & IV in Fitness, or currently completing them

First Aid & CPR, or ability to obtain them

Confidence communicating with different people

A proactive and resilient mindset

A willingness to learn and implement feedback

Genuine ambition to build your own business

No existing client base is required.
