We’re looking for a true print industry sales hunter — someone with a strong background selling photocopiers, MFDs or print solutions directly to end users across SMB, mid-market and enterprise. This is a high-activity, face-to-face BDM role with one of Australia’s most respected Ricoh resellers. You’ll work warm, pre-booked appointments, build your own pipeline, and close new business in a fast-moving, old-school sales environment where confidence, presentation and performance matter. With a base salary between $80K–$120K and uncapped commissions (top earners exceed $400K OTE), this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced copier salesperson who thrives on the chase. Driving new business sales of print and copier solutions to SMB–enterprise clients Attending pre-booked appointments from our in-house marketing and lead-gen team Prospecting and building your own pipeline to maximise commissions Managing the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed agreement Presenting high-value solutions with professionalism and confidence What We’re Looking For
