JLL is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the Lendlease Account team at Melbourne Quarter Tower in Docklands. You'll oversee financial, leasing, capex, operational, and tenant engagement activities for a landmark property, reporting to the General Manager.
You will lead a broad range of duties from rent rolls to debt management, budgets and forecasts, while developing retention strategies and ensuring accurate reporting for stakeholders.
