Naughton McCarthy Family Lawyers have an opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor with 1 to 3 years' post-admission experience. You will be running your own family law files with the support and mentoring of our directors and with the assistance of our friendly motivated team.
Key responsibilities
Handle family law matters including property and financial settlements, parenting and domestic violence matters
Develop advocacy and negotiating skills
Manage own client files with director support and mentoring
About you
1-3 years' experience in family law (property and financial settlements, parenting and domestic violence matters)
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Proactive and reliable
Developing solid advocacy and negotiating skills
Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm to further expand knowledge and skills in family law
