At Heinemann, we are looking for exceptional FULL TIME and PART TIME Brand Ambassadors to join our duty-free team representing Pandora in the Fashion, Accessories, Watches & Jewellery Department at Sydney International Airport

As a Brand Ambassador you will
n
n
Maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence
n
Creating a tailor-made customer experience, build rapport with customers, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs
n
Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer's needs
n
Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and proactively seek further information on current products and market trends
n
Ensure products and promotions are transacted to maintain stock and data integrity
n
Efficiently and smartly transacts, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits
n
Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously
