Mortgage broker (Leads Provided & PAYG )

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join Loan Market in New Farm, Queensland. This is a full-time position designed for professionals who thrive in a structured environment with consistent lead generation support. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing the most suitable loan products and managing the end-to-end mortgage application process. This role offers the advantage of working with pre-qualified leads, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and closing loans efficiently. You will operate on a PAYG basis, providing stability and predictability in your earnings whilst working towards attractive commission structures.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Consulting with clients to understand their financial needs, circumstances and loan requirements
n
Assessing client applications and determining appropriate loan products from our panel of lenders
n
Preparing comprehensive loan applications and supporting documentation for submission to lenders
n
Liaising with lenders, real estate agents, accountants and other professionals to facilitate smooth loan processing
n
Providing expert advice on loan structures, interest rates, fees and loan conditions to ensure clients make informed decisions
n
Managing the loan approval process from application through to settlement
n
Following up with leads provided to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction
n




Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
n
Building and nurturing client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
n
Staying current with lending market trends, products and regulatory changes
n

What we're looking for
n
n
A valid Mortgage Broker Licence (or eligibility to obtain one) as required by Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
n
Proven experience working as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar lending role
n
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria and the Australian lending landscape
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and industry professionals
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
n
Sound understanding of responsible lending obligations and compliance requirements
n
Proficiency with mortgage broking software and general IT systems
n
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales targets
n
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and acting with integrity
n
Preferably,



experience working in a leads-provided environment or similar structured sales model
