Experience: Qualified butchers with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.

Specific tasks: Break down of beef, pork and lamb and knowledge of small goods: ham, bacon etc.
Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills. A keen eye for quality and presentation. With a high degree of cleanliness and food handling experience.
