Financial Administration position in Yeppoon

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial administration of the business, working closely with management, support staff and external accountants and advisers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and financial records, and who takes pride in keeping things accurate, organised and up to date.

Key responsibilities
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing payroll accurately and on time
Preparing and issuing customer invoices
Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero and other relevant systems
We are looking for an experienced financial administration professional to join the Capri team.

The role will support the financial and administrative functions of the business and would suit someone who is organised, accurate, dependable and confident working across a range of financial administration activities.
