About The Company

Our client is a family owned glass and aluminium fit out business based in Ingleside, servicing Sydney Metro. They complete a broad range of work including frameless glass doors and balustrades, mirrors, automatic doors, shop fronts, façade repairs, aluminium frames and all aspects of glass and aluminium installation for the fit-out industry. About The Prospect

The primary purpose of this position is to lead the on-site glass and aluminium fabrication and installation team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately and to a high standard across Sydney Metro.

Some of your responsibilities will include:




Lead apprentices in a secure working workplace
Aluminium fabrication and installation of glass and aluminium projects
Design, read, and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings
Provide and adhere to precise measurements and installation in office
Organise materials and coordinate current and upcoming jobs
Communicate effectively and work well in a fast-paced, team environment

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Solid knowledge of installation and repair of all aspects of glass and aluminium, with demonstrated leading hand or supervisory experience
A keen eye for detail and design skills
An ability to lead and work as part of a team
A current driver's licence
