PositionSummary We are looking for a reliable and effective

Central Kitchen Hand / Production Assistant

to join our production team. You will support our kitchen team with large-scale food prep, batch packaging, and maintaining strict food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

High-volume ingredient prep (chopping, slicing, portioning, weighing).

Assisting with batch cooking setup and packing finished goods for transport.

Maintaining strict sanitation, dishwasher operation, and kitchen hygiene.

Managing stock rotation (FIFO) and receiving raw ingredient deliveries.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen, catering, or production environment.





High attention to detail and ability to follow standard recipes precisely.

Robust understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.

Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15–20 kg.

Full working rights in Australia and reliable transportation for early starts.

About you

Previous experience in butchery, meat processing or a commercial kitchen is preferred

Able to perform physical work and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment

Reliable, responsible and attentive to cleanliness

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene

Candidates looking for stable, long-term employment are preferred
