Job Description

BlueCare Retirement Living Assistant position in Bundaberg is a meaningful overnight on-call role within UnitingCare's BlueCare team. This casual, part time posting offers overnight shifts, meal service support, and in office duties to help residents live well in our retirement village.

You will work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, observe health changes, respond to alarms, and ensure safety and care standards across the village, with a supportive advantages package and staff discounts.
