We’re assisting our client’s search for a Senior Real Estate specialist to join the Melbourne office. The team are not just looking for a technical lawyer; they are looking for a commercial advisor who understands that the best legal work happens at the intersection of tax, finance, planning, and development.
Within this role you will collaborate with internal finance, construction and planning leaders to provide holistic advice to your clients.
You will drive the asset lifecyclefrom initial structuring and joint venture phases, acquisitions and disposals for major institutional and corporate portfolios, and advise on complex capital partnering arrangements, build-to-rent projects, and mixed-use assets.

We would liketo speak to SA-level Property lawyers with experience gained from a top-tier or specialisedin-house setting. You’ll bring experiencedealing directly with major institutional investors and developers and providing advicethat is both legally sound and commercially astute.
