Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive generalist HR support across the district.
You will work with senior HRBPs, managers and staff to address workforce challenges and support MLHD workforce strategy.
The role involves recruitment guidance, policy interpretation, awards, performance management, disciplinary matters and position grading, with opportunities to develop and deliver targeted HR training and coaching.
