As a registered nurse you would be responsible for: Looking after the most key people in our facility - the residents.
Key responsibilities
You will have advanced clinical skills, a caring and supportive nature, a 'can do' willingness to go the extra mile, a positive attitude towards the health and wellbeing of residents and an interest in contemporary aged care practice.
You will be approachable, but balance this with excellent time management skills.
Coordination of resident care needs including assessment, continence management, wound care and medication management.
Providing supervision, mentoring and guidance to other nursing and care staff.
