A well-established and highly regarded strata management business is seeking an experienced Strata Assistant to join their close-knit team in a modern office environment. The Role

n





This position will see you taking ownership of a broad range of strata administration responsibilities, including:

n

Coordinating AGM's, preparing and issuing meeting notices
n
Drafting agendas and accurate meeting minutes
n
Actioning meeting outcomes, including work orders and invoice approvals
n
Managing day-to-day correspondence with owners, committees and contractors
n
Supporting the setup and refinement of internal procedures and processes
n
Assisting with presentations and general administrative projects
n

The Ideal Candidate

n

n
Proven experience within strata administration is essential
n
Certificate of Registration or relevant licence is required
n
Robust working knowledge of Strata Master
n
High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
n
Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
n
