Regis is seeking a Clinical Team Leader at Regis Whitfield, Cairns, to lead clinical care and coordinate resident support. You will partner with the Clinical Care Manager to ensure protected, high‑quality, person‑centred services and manage care planning and documentation in line with standards.

You will monitor clinical risk, support complex needs, contribute to governance and continuous improvement, and mentor staff to strengthen capability and performance within a compassionate team.
