VACCA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver a broad range of HR services across regional VACCA areas and to build workforce capability through effective partnerships.

You will coach staff and managers, manage complex HR matters end-to-end, and interpret awards and employment laws, supporting change initiatives in a culturally appropriate manner. This fixed-term, full time position is based in Preston with a salary of AUD 90,000–110,000 plus super and salary packaging options.
