Aware Super is seeking a Change Analyst on a day-rate 12-month contract to help prepare the business for significant change. You will assess impacts, support readiness activities, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and develop communications and learning materials across multiple teams.
You will work with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, technology teams, testers and leaders to ensure employees are equipped to adopt current processes and technology.
