Maintenance Officer (Casual with Ongoing Opportunity)
We’re looking for a reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Officer to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for ongoing work for the right person.
About the Role
This role involves carrying out general maintenance and repair work to ensure our facilities and grounds are kept safe, tidy, and well maintained. No two days are the same, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in doing the job well.
Responsibilities
General building and grounds maintenance
Minor repairs, painting, and handyman tasks
Basic landscaping and garden upkeep
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Assisting with site improvements as required
About You
Previous maintenance, handyman, trade, or property maintenance experience preferred
Practical problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Robust attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
Current driver's licence desirable
