About the Role
We are looking for Machine Operators with demonstrated experience operating CNC machines. The successful applicant will have robust planning, reading and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operating the various production machines in a timely and safe manner
Maintaining the machines to ensure they operate at optimum capacity
Inspecting the product to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality
Identifying and correcting any machine set up issues
Identifying and reporting any machine malfunctions or breakdowns that are unresolved
Have the capability to fault find and resolve machinery minor issues as they arise
About You
Demonstrated experience operating CNC machines
Fantastic attitude and excellent work ethic
Be able to prioritise
Understanding of the importance of ensuring the machinery is maintained to a high level
Be self-motivated
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Skilled presentation and manner
