About the Role - Diploma Educator

As a Diploma Educator at Bright Steps Academy Blair Athol, you will:
Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support each child's development
Work collaboratively with a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Contribute to daily routines, supervision, and a safe and inclusive centre environment
Support planning, documentation,



and reflective practice to meet quality standards
Follow all centre policies and procedures in line with the NQF and Child Safe Standards

What You'll Bring
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
A genuine passion for early learning and supporting children to thrive
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and early childhood best practice
Robust communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive, and professional approach
Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
Full Australian working rights
