The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations seeks an EL2 leader to provide strategic direction for the Closing the Gap agenda and drive reform across the department. The role focuses on building genuine partnerships with First Nations stakeholders and guiding policy, program and governance initiatives.
Reporting to the Assistant Secretary, you will oversee monitoring, evaluation and reporting, lead teams and coordinate with senior executives and ministers.
