Our client is a well established, nationally recognised logistics and warehousing business seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their Sydney operation in Pemulwuy.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, leading from the front and ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently and on schedule.

You will play an important role in coordinating warehouse activities, supporting team performance and maintaining a robust operational and safety culture.

Shift Times

Rotating day shifts across:
6:00am – 2:00pm
8:00am – 4:00pm

Flexibility to work reasonable overtime when required will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead warehouse employees across daily operations
Allocate workloads and coordinate workflow to meet operational deadlines and KPIs
Oversee receiving, picking, replenishment, dispatch and stock movements
Ensure safe loading, unloading and material handling practices
Monitor productivity and support team performance
Assist with onboarding, training and development of warehouse employees
Maintain a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
Work closely with warehouse management and operational stakeholders
Assist with resolving day-to-day operational issues




Maintain strong WHS standards and ensure safe work practices are followed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
2–5 years' experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Leading Hand or similar
Experience within a quick-paced warehouse, logistics or 3PL setting
Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
LO Licence highly regarded but not essential
Robust leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach to warehouse operations
Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and operational deadlines
A solid commitment to workplace safety
Reliability and flexibility to work overtime when required
