We are currently looking for experienced Consumer Customer Service-Admin for seasonal placement (5 months) potential to extend at our site in Scoresby.

Day Shift -Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm

Date of commencement: 12th or 19th October

Overall Responsibility
Demonstrate effective and productive engagement of all functions of the Consumer Support Department in line with company values.
Ensuring the Department communicates and responds effectively with others to provide high service levels whilst working closely with Company Departments, Subsidiaries and Company business partners to maintain a harmonious relationship and total team effort.

The role:




Ensure Consumer Support engagement is at a level that exceeds Customer expectations.
Answer Customer and Retailer enquiries (via telephone and/or written communications).
Inbound and outbound communications.
Rule book, IT Policy
Basic IT support: Must know how to assist users with password resets and password changes.

To be successful you will:
Preferred technical knowledge of Video Games Consoles etc.
Full Unrestricted Working Rights.
Robust Computer skills (Word, Excel and Windows preferred).
Strong Communication skills.
PC skills (Word, Excel and Windows preferred).
Previous call centre experience preferred.
One or more years of related experience.
