The Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Boutique Directorto lead a high-performing team based in Chadstone Shopping Centre. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing and coaching your team, cultivating VIP client relationships, and ensuring every aspect of the boutique reflects the brand's world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop a team of luxury retail specialists
Drive boutique sales performance and consistently achieve commercial targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients
Create exceptional and memorable client experiences at every touchpoint
Recruit,



coach and develop talent to maximise individual and team performance
Ensure adherence to all luxury service, operational and brand standards
Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture

Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique or premium retail workplace
Exceptional leadership, coaching and people management skills
Strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs
Demonstrated experience working with VIP clientele and clienteling strategies
Highly polished communication and stakeholder management abilities
Passion for luxury retail, craftsmanship and exceptional customer experiences
