This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable, with additional Accounts Receivable responsibilities. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client based in Frenchs Forest on a casual basis until the end of July. This role is primarily focused on Accounts Payable, with additional Accounts Receivable responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
Accounts Receivable support, including reconciliations
Processing high-volume and complex financial transactions
Managing supplier and customer accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records using Xero

About You




Previous Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience in Australia
Proven experience managing high-volume, complex AP and AR functions
Robust working knowledge of Xero
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities

Highly Regarded
Experience within the Aged Care and/or NDIS sector
Knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS funding and compliance requirements

What's on Offer
Casual hourly rate of $42.63 - $49.34 + Super (depending on experience)
Immediate start
3 days per week
