ATS (Absolute Tiling & Stone), part of the
Versatile Group
, is seeking a
Project Manager
to oversee the delivery of stone and tiling packages across a solid pipeline of construction projects.
With a team of
around 80 people
, ATS delivers high-quality stone and tiling works across major developments, working with both external clients and
our own internal projects
within the Versatile Group.
This role is
approximately 80% office-based and 20% site-based
, coordinating subcontractors, programs and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage stone and tiling projects from
tender handover to completion
Coordinate
subcontractors, materials and site activities
Monitor
program, budgets and variations




Liaise with
builders, consultants and project teams
Conduct
site inspections and quality checks
Manage project documentation, reporting and defects
About You
You are organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating trades and project delivery.
This role would suit someone who has worked as a:
Project Manager or Project Engineer
Tradesperson who has moved off the tools
We're also looking for someone with:
Strong
administration and organisational skills
Understanding of
construction sequencing and subcontractor management
Construction background or
Construction Management qualification
(preferred but not essential)
