Strata Title Lawyers is a leading specialist strata and property law firm based in Sydney CBD. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join our collaborative and supportive team.

This is an opportunity to work on large, complex and interesting disputes, take ownership of your matters, and develop your expertise within a growing specialist practice. About the Role
n
You will work across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:
n
n
Strata and community title disputes
n
NCAT proceedings
n
Building defects and construction disputes
n
Property and contractual disputes
n
Mediations, Alternative Dispute Resolution and strategic advice
n
n
You will have meaningful client contact, responsibility for your own matters, and the support of a highly experienced team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
2-5 years post-admission experience in litigation or dispute resolution
n
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
n




The ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
n
A practical and commercial approach to legal problem-solving
n
A commitment to providing outstanding client service
n
A collaborative and professional attitude
n
n
Experience in strata law is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from lawyers with a strong litigation background who are looking to develop a specialist practice.
