Strategic Forecasting:
Predict market trends to leverage growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and manage a high-performing, collaborative team.
Financial Oversight:
Oversee budgeting and optimize resources.
Adaptability:
Lead the team in adapting to market changes.
Effective Communication:
Convey company vision and strategies clearly.
Market Analysis:

Reporting Systems:
Develop robust reporting for the Director.
