We are looking to engage qualified and experienced contractors to provide the services of Activities Instructors to our guests who are on retreat. We are seeking contractors who demonstrate a strong alignment with Gwinganna's wellness principles and philosophy.

Contractors must demonstrate the following attributes:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
Fitness Instructor or similar qualification
A minimum of 3 years' experience within the fitness and wellness industry
Experience teaching classes to large groups
Hold a current first aid and CPR certificate
Be physically fit, well presented and be committed to a healthy lifestyle
Must have own transport and insurance
Creative mindset for current and innovative classes
