About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you'll provide organisation-wide leadership across quality, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
n
Your Key Responsibilities
n
n




Lead and maintain the organisation's quality and compliance framework
n
Coordinate accreditation readiness and external audit activities
n
Manage governance systems, policies, compliance registers and risk management
n
Monitor incidents, complaints, SIRS reporting and quality indicators
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all services
n
Prepare governance and compliance reports for Executive and Board committees
n
Chair Quality and WHS committee meetings
n
Provide expert advice on legislative and regulatory requirements
n
Foster a culture of accountability, quality improvement and best practice
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring a passion for quality care together with the knowledge and confidence to support organisational excellence.
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Previous experience in aged care quality, compliance, governance or risk management
n
Strong knowledge of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Experience leading accreditation preparation, audits and continuous improvement activities
n
Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A collaborative approach with the ability to influence positive change
n
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Healthcare, Quality Management or a related discipline
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
n
