AVC Operations Pty Limited – Logan City QLD is hiring a Duty Manager for Fitzy's Waterford, a recently renovated local pub with a bistro, sports bar, live entertainment, functions and gaming. You will lead on-floor shifts, support your team and ensure each service runs smoothly.

You'll work closely with the Venue Manager to supervise across food, beverage and gaming, manage opening and closing procedures, coach staff and maintain service standards while ensuring safety and compliance for liquor
