Mind Australia is seeking a Team Leader to join the Adult Step-Up Step-Down (ASUSD) residential service in Bundaberg. This fixed-term, part time role provides practice leadership and day-to-day operational oversight to a dedicated team delivering recovery-oriented supports for adults living with psychosocial disability.
You will coach staff, provide supervision, model person-centred and trauma-informed practice, and work with clinical and community partners to help clients achieve recovery goals
