We are looking for reliable, hands-on Post-Harvest Technicians to join our growing team at our highly regulated cultivation and manufacturing facility in the Greater Ipswich region.

Working as part of our Post-Harvest team, you will support the careful handling and processing of harvested plant material while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, safety, security and compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Assist with harvesting, trimming, handling and processing plant material.

Operate post-harvest equipment and complete production activities.

Follow documented procedures, work instructions and hygiene requirements.

Complete accurate production, batch and traceability records.

Maintain clean, organised and compliant work areas.

Identify and report quality, safety or operational issues promptly.

Work collaboratively to meet daily production and quality requirements.

Working across operations, supporting cultivation and other areas of the business.

ABOUT YOU

You don’t necessarily need previous industry experience. We are looking for people who:

Are reliable, practical and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Have robust attention to detail and can follow procedures consistently.

Understand the importance of hygiene,



quality and accurate record keeping.

Are comfortable undertaking repetitive and physically active work.

Work well as part of a team and take pride in doing things properly.

Have the ability to work in a hot and humid setting.

Previous experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, horticulture, agriculture, warehousing or another regulated setting will be highly regarded.
