Senior Contract Administrator
Location: Sydney
Salary: $180k - $220k + super

Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a talented, hands-on and ambitious Contracts Administrator to work for the quickest growing data centre developer in region.

Working directly for the owner-operator of hyperscale data centre facilities, we are looking for someone to come in initially to support the project team as they finalise the DA for a 400MW, multi billion $$$, state of the art facility in Sydney.

With an end tenant already secured, this will be a high paced project and you'll be joining a talented delivery team

Your key duties will include the execution of various contracts with individual values up to circa $200m, ensuring all in line with local rules and regulations. You'll look after claims and variations from different stakeholders.



You'll provide project management support and assist with the management of project financials.

Key Requirements
Robust commercial understanding of complex contracts for high tech buildings
Previous experience of working on high value construction projects
Site based experience, someone who enjoys being close to the action
Data Centre experience advantageous
You'll be someone who can take ownership and make independent decisions with minimal guidance
Robust communication skills, able to drive your contractors to deliver results
