About The Prospect
n
The primary purpose of this position is to independently manage a family law caseload while supervising and supporting junior legal staff.
n
Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing your own family law matters with autonomy
n
Developing personalised, tailored solutions for each client
n
Supervising and mentoring a junior lawyer from time to time
n
Delivering proactive, empathetic and responsive client management
n
Representing clients in court appearances, mediations and dispute resolution
n
n
About You
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
An unrestricted practising certificate
n
Confidence supervising junior staff
n
Ideally 4+ years PAE, with the ability to work independently
n
A combination of Family Law and Wills/Estates experience (desirable, not essential)
n
