About the Role
n
As a Culinary Recruiter, you'll work closely with clients and candidates across the hospitality sector, managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.
n
This is a relationship-driven role that combines industry knowledge, sales, client management, and talent acquisition. You'll become a trusted advisor to both hospitality operators and job seekers, helping create successful long-term matches.

Key Responsibilities
n

Source and engage hospitality professionals across a range of roles
n
Conduct candidate interviews and detailed screening assessments
n
Complete reference checks, compliance checks, and candidate verification
n
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
n
Develop relationships with hospitality venues and hiring managers
n
Attend client meetings and take detailed recruitment briefs
n
Manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish
n




Write candidate profiles and present shortlisted talent to clients
n
Utilise recruitment systems and databases to maintain accurate records
n
Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:
n
n
Proven hospitality experience, preferably as a senior Chef, Head Chef, Executive Chef, or hospitality leader
n
Strong industry knowledge and understanding of current market conditions
n
An established network within the hospitality sector
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong administrative and organisational capability
n
High level computer literacy and confidence using technology
n
Proven ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
n
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
n
Qualified interview and candidate assessment techniques
n
A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach
n
