on the Gold Coast.
THE ROLE
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads.
You will receive new enquiries, previous enquiries and cold leads, but we want Sales Professionals who actively create opportunities.
SELF-PROSPECTING IS THE SKILL WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
You will:
Make inbound and outbound sales calls
Follow up new and previous enquiries
Prospect cold leads and generate your own opportunities
Manage your sales pipeline and CRM
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven sales experience, ideally telephone sales
Self-driven, proactive and motivated
Confident prospecting and generating opportunities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Resilient,



persistent and confident following up leads
Target and KPI driven
Robust computer and CRM skills
A genuine focus on delivering an excellent customer experience
We will support, train and develop you, but we will not micromanage you.

Competitive base salary + superannuation
Uncapped commissions

OTE $70,000–$150,000+ per annum
