Lead the next chapter of CRM and loyalty for an iconic Australian apparel and accessories retailer, with ownership of a multi-brand portfolio and a specialist team of three.
We’re exclusively partnering with a well-established Australian retail group to appoint a Head of CRM & Loyalty across a portfolio of much-loved consumer brands.
With millions of customers, newly launched loyalty programmes and international growth plans, this is an opportunity to take an established function into its next phase of maturity, scale and commercial impact.
This 12-month maternity cover offers genuine ownership and potential for extension or broader opportunities across the group.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead the group’s CRM and loyalty programmes, with three direct reports across CRM, loyalty and marketing automation.
Your remit will include:
Leading CRM and loyalty strategy across a multi-brand retail portfolio.
Coaching and developing a specialist team of three.
Evolving existing loyalty programmes to drive engagement, retention and customer value.
Using customer data and insights to improve commercial performance.
Supporting international loyalty expansion across the UK and Asia.
Partnering with eCommerce, Technology and Analytics on major business initiatives.
About You
We’re keen to connect with Senior CRM Managers, Group CRM Managers, Senior Loyalty Managers and Heads of CRM/Loyalty who bring:
Robust CRM and loyalty experience within retail, ideally multi-brand.
An understanding of customer data, segmentation and marketing automation.
Working knowledge of Braze, Salesforce or similar technologies.
The ability to balance strategy with hands‑on delivery.
People leadership capability and strong stakeholder management skills.
You don’t need to have held a Head of title previously. If you’re a Senior or Group CRM Manager ready for broader strategic ownership and people leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
