Due to consistent growth some new luxury apartment developments about to start, they're seeking an ambitious and driven Junior Project Managerto join their team.
n
Duties
n
You will be working alongside an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager. He is eager to train and invest on someone looking to grow within the business.
n
Your duties will include
n
n
Assist with the programming and coordination of the project
n
Management of documents and RFIS on the NSW Planning Portal
n
Subcontractor management including compiling subcontractor agreements, scope of works, tender packages, negotiatingcontract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotesand preparingfinal contract documents
n
Negotiating theprocurement and ordering of materials
n
Assisting with the administration of RFI's, EOT's, variations
n
Working closely with site supervisors, Contract Manager and Senior Project Manager to adhere to project programs, deadlines, and budgets.
n
n
Experience Required
n
n
Must have 5 years experience as a Junior Project Manager, Contracts Administrator or Assistant Project Manager
n
Extensive experience working on high end class 2 / apartments projects
n
Ideally have a bachelor's in construction management or comparative degree
n
Have worked on projects in excess of $20m
n
Exposure to Procoreor Aconex
n
Experience with the NSW Planning Portal
n
