Experience in Digital Adoption Platforms

We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to join a major transformation program focused on ERP and HRIS implementation. This is an exciting prospect for a training qualified who has successfully delivered large-scale technology change initiatives and can establish and lead a training function across a complex organisation.

Key Skills Required:
Proven experience leading training workstreams on ERP and/or HRIS implementations.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Experience managing training teams and coordinating large-scale learning initiatives.
Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) is highly desirable.
Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to operate strategically while also overseeing delivery execution.
