We're recruiting a Submissions Manager to join a leading architecture and design practice. This role will see you managing bids, submissions and a small team of coordinators.
You’ll work closely with the national team, senior leaders, project teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions and support ongoing business development activities. It's a rapid-paced, collaborative workplace suited to someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys bringing together compelling content and visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of tender submissions and marketing materials.
Work with leadership, project teams and consultants to gather and manage submission content.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of capability statements and marketing collateral.
Maintain CRM databases, project information,
key contacts and prospect pipelines.
Track upcoming opportunities, submission deadlines and business development activities.
Ensure all submissions are professionally presented and delivered on time.
About You
Previous experience in a submissions, bids, marketing or business development coordination role.
Experience within architecture, design, engineering, construction or a skilled services environment is highly regarded.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
