About the Role
n
We have multiple opportunities available for Process Workers across our Day and Afternoon shifts at our Karawatha facility.
n
Available shift times include
n
n
Early Morning: Must be available between 5:00am – 3:00pm
n
Afternoon/Night Shift: Must be available between 3:00 pm – 1:00 am
n
n
These shifts operate across all days of the week. To be considered, you must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with shifts generally being 8 hours or longer.
n
We offer a rotating schedule for your work days, rather than a fixed weekly roster. However, your shift times are fixed, eg if you are hired for morning shifts, your roster will remain on morning shifts.
n
We have opportunities available in the following roles

Machine Operators
n
Food Packers
n
Food Replenishers
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform food handling tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards.
n
Operate equipment safely and in line with documented procedures and work instructions.
n
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
n
Report any concerns relating to product quality, food safety,



workplace safety, or processes to your Team Leader or Supervisor.
n
Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout your shift.
n
Perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg safely.
n
Follow all site traffic management and workplace safety procedures.
n
Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production setting.
n
Complete any other duties as reasonably directed.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
n
The ability to learn and follow Food Safety, HACCP, and WHS procedures.
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
n
The physical capability to lift and move objects up to 20kg where required.
n
Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
n
The ability to follow instructions efficiently and work independently when required.
n
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
n
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
n
High levels of reliability, resilience, professionalism, and work ethic.
