The Role

We're looking for a reliable and hands on Machine Operator to join our afternoon shift. This is a predominantly solo role responsible for operating and monitoring our Hydramama sachet production line, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent production.

What you'll be doing
n

Operate and monitor machinery throughout the shift
n
Complete basic equipment and quality checks
n
Troubleshoot minor issues and report faults or maintenance requirements
n
Complete production, batch and cleaning records
n
Monitor output and identify quality or production issues
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment
n
Complete clear shift handovers and communicate any issues
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Experience in food manufacturing, production, machine operation or a similar environment
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
n
Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
n
Commitment to quality and food safety
n
Willingness to learn, follow SOPs and identify issues
n
