Job Description
Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) Pharmacy Service in the Mental Health Service is seeking a clinical pharmacist specializing in mental health to join CCMH on a permanent part time basis (24 hours per week). The role involves delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, medication histories, and clinical reviews within a multidisciplinary team on the Concord Repatriation General Hospital campus.

AHPRA registration and knowledge of hospital and mental health pharmacy practice are essential.
