Optus in Sydney seeks an experienced risk governance leader to own end-to-end governance, reporting and secretariat relationships between the CSRO, the Board and its subcommittees. Translate complex risk and governance concepts into transparent, actionable materials for the Board.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape Board reporting on risk, culture and controls, drive governance transformation, and coordinate with Singtel Group to align messaging and governance.
