MK Drilling is seeking to employ entry level drillers
assistant/offsiders.

We are a local Sunshine Coast family owned geotechnical, and water bore drilling company operating throughout Australia. Working on private, civil& government contracts.
n
Due to increased workloads and continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic hard-working entry-level drillers assistant to meet with our client demands.
n
Career progression is encouraged and national accreditation provided.
n
MK Drilling is based in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast servicing all QLD.
n
Applicants MUST live on Sunshine Coast, this is NOT a FIFO role.

Job Duties
n
n
Operate Both Truck and Light Vehicle
n
Assist driller in setup of drilling rig
n
Collect soil and rock samples
n
Perform prestart checks and general maintenance
n
Conduct all work tasks in a safe manner as outlined in company procedures
n
n
Qualifications & Requirements
n
n
Construction white Card
n
Light Rigid drivers licence minimum (HR open licence preferred)
n
Ability to work long hours
n
Physically fit
n
n
This role is entry level.
n
We are a geotechnical drilling contractor that occasionally conduct geotechnical drilling inside mine sites.
n
Majority of our work islocal based but some weekend work and working away will be required (project specific).
n
Successful applicants will be required to undergo drug/alcohol screening prior to employment
