Infinite Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join our Windsor care home on a full-time, site-based basis. You will lead rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts and act as the single point of contact for operational staffing.

You will partner with the workforce optimisation team, manage timekeeping access, and ensure adequate staff coverage 24/7. The role demands solid communication, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
