Marketing Specialist – Digital & Community Growth
Working closely with the Marketing team and wider business, you will play an important role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives across the brands and international markets. You will help grow the online presence, strengthen relationships with the professional beauty community and identify new opportunities to reach, engage and convert customers.
Key responsibilities
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website and other digital channels.
Growing and engaging online communities across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging channels.
Creating strategies designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic, leads and customer acquisition.
Supporting the planning and execution of new product launches, education campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives.
Identifying opportunities to grow organic and paid social audiences.
Monitoring social media conversations, trends and industry activity to identify opportunities for the brands.
Building meaningful relationships with beauty professionals, salons, creators, influencers and brand advocates.
Supporting influencer, ambassador, PR and user-generated-content initiatives.
Developing community engagement strategies that encourage conversation, advocacy and long‐term brand loyalty.
Working with the creative team to develop engaging digital content across multiple formats.
About you
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, community management or a similar role.
A strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practice.




Experience developing or executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
An understanding of digital analytics and the ability to interpret performance data.
Experience with email marketing, CRM, ecommerce or customer journey marketing would be highly regarded.
Experience working with influencers, creators, ambassadors or user-generated content would be advantageous.
An eye for strong content and an understanding of what makes creative perform in a digital environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects and deadlines.
