You will assist with daily living tasks, empower clients to set goals, and support them to make informed choices about how they want to live.
The role requires flexibility including weekends, evenings, public holidays and overnight shifts, a solid focus on safety, respectful relationships, and accurate documentation of care plans and client notes.
